1.) What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 5000 units per variant. Unfortunately at this point we cannot offer services for less than the MOQ.

2.) Can you use our existing formulas? 

Yes, however we will still go through our own Research and Development procedure, to ensure that the formula works and the final product is stable.

3.) What products do you offer?
We specialise in Skin Care (face wash, serums, toners, mists, moisturisers & creams, masks and exfoliants), Hair Care and Body Care. 
We can also develop skincare infused makeup and lip-products.

4.) Who takes care of the packaging

You can either supply us with your own packaging, or we can source the best packaging for your needs from our different suppliers across the globe. Please note, highly specialised packaging will come with a lead-time of 3-4 months, whereas in-stock items with stickers/labels are ready within less than 1 month.

5.) How long does the process take and what is the procedure?

Step 1: Product Formula Development 2-6 weeks

 Pending on the complexity and availability of raw material for sample production, initial sample can take 2-6 weeks. We want to ensure, you are happy with the formula.

Step 2: Stability & other testing 3 months 

This is required to ensure, product is safe and stable. 

​

Step 3: Sourcing of product Packaging 2 weeks - 4 months 

Pending on how customised you want your packaging, this step can take up to 4 months. If for example, you want a highly customised packaging with direct print onto the packaging, production time is 1 month+ 3 months sea freight to our factory. 
In comparison, more standardised packaging with a sticker label can be sourced much quicker within less than 1 month. This phase can already be initiated simultaneously to the stability tests.

Step 4: Filling & Packing 1 week

Based on 10,000 units, we can manufacture, fill and pack your products within 1 week.
