The following services are a requirement to legally sell in the EU:
Product Information File (PIF)
This is a crucial component of your EU compliance journey. It contains: the formula, raw materials and finished product details, safety assessment (SA) report, confirmation of good manufacturing practices, production methodology, cruelty status, information of nano materials, allergens, and more.
Every cosmetic item needs an up-to-date PIF reflecting any product modifications & regulatory alternation.

Safety Assessments (SA)
This involves a thoroughly review of your product documentation, covering everything from the formula to essential tests like the challenge tests, stability & compatibility. It also includes mandatory warnings that should be displayed on the cosmetic product label.
It's important to note that all cosmetics sold in the EU must have the SA Report.

Cosmetic Labelling Review
The cosmetic labels that you use for outside of the EU may not comply with EU standards. Your responsible person (us) ensures that your labels adhere to EU regulations, encompassing all neccessary information mandated by the law.
CPNP Registration
One of the primary obligations under the EU regulations is the pre-market notification. Cosmeti-Chem serves as your responsible person for cosmetic products and manages the CPNP notification process on your behalf. We ensure that your products meet regulatory standards prior to their introduction in the EU market.

Laboratory Testing
Before entering the EU market, cosmetics must undergo laboratory testings to ensure their safety & efficacy.
Product testing is crucial, but the complex standards and requirements can be over-whelming & costly. To simplify this, Cosmeti-Chem offers a comprehensive service to simplify the process. The 3 mandatory tests include:

Ongoing Responsible Person
We offer Responsible Person (RP) services for your cosmetic products, ensuring EU compliance. For a monthly maintenance fee, we can be the RP on your product label. This is a requirement in order to sell in the EU.
