All cosmetic products sold in the EU must comply with the EU cosmetic regulations. 

If you want to sell your cosmetics in the EU, you need to know that: 

  • All non-EU manufacturers must designate an EU-based responsible person

  • EU manufacturers can also designate another entity (other than themselves) as their responsible person
